Regional Director - Asia

We are recruiting a Regional Director – Asia for an international B2B Gaming and Gambling client.

The Regional Director will develop, lead and manage the B2B commercial activities for the business and implement an innovative, growth focused commercial strategy for Asia market.

 

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop a knowledge of company products as well as competing products
  • Build, manage and maintain a pipeline of new business

  • Respond to queries, tenders, RFPs, and other requests
  • Develop sales forecasts, financial objectives and business plans 

  • Participate in internal review meetings to ensure improvements
  • Reporting on the weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis on performance of the team

  • Mentoring and supporting the team to achieve business goals and targets 

  • Represent the client at industry events

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent qualification. 

  • A few years of experience in the online gaming industry with a focus on B2B sales. 

  • Experience in building/managing teams, including sales, account management. 

  • Ability to clearly express oneself in both the English and Chinese languages.
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills
