Head of Marketing, Remote

We are exclusively supporting an international igaming group with two Remote Head of Marketing positions.

 

What we expect from you:

  • Overseeing the vision, strategy, and day-to-day management of the global digital marketing plan
  • Managing and growing multiple high value in-house marketing campaigns of different revenue streams (Affiliates, PPC, Social media, Content, SEO and CRM)
  • Leading innovation and advancement of the overall digital marketing agenda through the proposal and execution of an annual road-map, supported by tried and tested stats derived from your years of experience in a similar role
  • Manage the acquisition, retention and activation of new partnerships with sport/music/media stars, popular social networks persons/communities, Instagram/Youtube channels
  • Implementing, managing and optimizing acquisition strategies
  • Ensuring positive ROI and business growth whilst making outgoing cost decisions based on performance
  • Analyzing data daily to spot trends and opportunities and then acting upon them, and regularly updating senior management with the ROI reports
  • Analyzing market research to identify new opportunities, issues, market trends or gaps in the market that will generate revenue
  • Full ownership of end to end campaign planning, mechanics, briefing and bonus costs management for the Casino
  • Acquisition, retention and activation of new partnerships, which may include Affiliates
  • Manage and grow a team of digital marketing managers in their respective areas
  • Planning and improving account structures in order to maximize performance
  • Working closely with the Casino and Marketing team to build, deliver and analyze promotions, including welcome offers for new customers to maximize conversion funnels
  • Good knowledge of right media Swedish sources
  • Develop a measurement system to ensure success of executed campaigns or change direction where needed
  • Building an outstanding Digital marketing team through defining the optimal team structure, team training & development where necessary, and clear processes for ensured continuity
  • Delivering KPIs according to plan

 

 

You possess:

 

  • Strong communication skills in English and preferably any other language (verbal, written and presentational skills)
  • Exceptional sales and acquisition negotiation experience and a proven track record in meeting revenue and new business targets, preferably in an online gaming environment
  • Manage and coordinate between multiple marketing channels and campaigns (paid, organic, and CRM) to drive conversion
  • Analyze past channel performance and work with external partners to determine new strategies to test
  • Solid experience in the delivery of exceptional marketing campaigns and projects, and delivering on budgets, whilst taking charge of potential brand ambassadors and influencers etc.
  • Good knowledge of the local media market particularly in APAC or LATAM or Canada (including social media and core marketing skills including SEO and PPC)
